Boursin Pasta

Creamy Boursin pasta, delicious and easy with just 5 ingredients!

Boursin Cheese Pasta

 

300g dry pasta

1 Boursin cheese

3-4 cups fresh baby spinach

250g shredded cooked chicken

½ cup of grated parmesan

 

Instructions:

Cook the pasta as per instructions, until al dente, reserving ½ cup of the cooking water.

Drain pasta and add it back to the pot.

Add the Boursin and 2 TBSP of the reserved pasta water; stir until creamy (if too thick, add more water).

Add the spinach, chicken and parmesan, stirring until the spinach is wilted and parmesan is melted.
