Salted Rye Brownie

Ingredients:
300g dark chocolate
135g butter
4 eggs
250g brown sugar
135g rye flour
1/2 tsp salt
20g cocoa
60g dark chocolate, chopped, extra
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt flakes, to sprinkle
Instructions:
1.Preheat the oven to 180 fan bake. Grease and line a 20cm tin.
2.Place the chocolate and butter in a pot and melt until smooth.
3.Place the eggs and sugar in the the bowl of a standing mixer and whisk about 5 min tunil thick and fluffly.
4.Place the flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and extra chocolate in a bowl.
5.Add the melted chocolate to the stand mixer and mix until emulsified, then fold through the dry ingredients until well combined.
6.Spread evenly into the tin and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until just cooked.
7.Sprinkle with sea salt flakes and cool completely before slicing.
