At Wild Hinds we are butchers with a dierence. We have a passion for New Zealand’s back country, the game animals and quality food. Because of this we decided to do something a bit dierent, we decided that we wanted to be part of the solution to create a thriving balanced herd and quality clean meat for the public.
The Salami and Biersticks we produce are all hand made in small batches that get Manuka smoked and cooked in a traditional smoker. We believe that you can see and taste the dierence of this process with the time and care we put into every pack.
