This classic Italian-style cheese was a gift from the Roman gods. And those guys didn’t skimp on the fat! Zany Zeus mascarpone is rich, creamy and thick (kind of like the Roman gods themselves).
Use it to make your traditional tiramisu, or in any other delectable dish or dessert that calls for mascarpone cheese.
ZZ mascarpone won a silver medal in the 2022 and 2023 NZ Champions of Cheese Awards and a bronze medal in the 2024 NZ Champions of Cheese Awards.
