The La Fabbrica Panforte with chocolate is a delicious reinterpretation of the classic Panforte fruitcake beloved by the Italians. It uses a 54% dark chocolate to create a flavour that is full-bodied but not so intrusive as to lose that traditional taste. Because Panforte are so rich, a small slice is all that’s needed for the perfect side to a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
