Our chicken comes from local 100% NZ Free Range chickens who are given free access to the outdoors during daylight hours (unless the chickens welfare is at risk due to storms etc) and care is taken to ensure they have adequate shade and shelter. The chickens are fed GE free grain, locally grown in the Horowhenua region.

Our Italian Chicken Sausage (Tuscan Herb) is a perfect blend of rich, authentic Italian flavours. Made with free-range chicken and seasoned with a combination of garlic, fennel, oregano, and a hint of red pepper, this sausage offers a savoury and slightly spicy taste experience.
