The 500ml La Chinata EVOO is produced from Manzanilla Cacereña olives harvested in remote Sierra de Gata at the extreme north-west edge of Spain’s Extremadura region. Beloved for their texture and flavour, most of these olives are destined for direct consumption. La Chinata EVOO uses the part of the harvest which is too small for the table, so the oil retains all the characteristics that make the olives so treasured, particularly the sweet fruity taste and dense ripe fruit aroma.
