Extra virgin olive oil – considered the best, least processed, comprising the oil from the first pressing of the olives.
Il Podere extra virgin oil is from Lucca, in the region of Toscana, northwestern Italy. This oil is a mixed blend of olives grown and processed using mechanical means by Frediani and Del Greco. Good for stovetop, low-temperature cooking.
Ideal for fresh salads, fish, poultry or pasta.
