Product of New ZealandOur pasta is made from 100% New Zealand–grown, Durum wheat, an ancient grain perfectly suited to the sunny Wairarapa Plains. Grown by the Wairarapa Grains Collective using no-till, regenerative methods, it helps rebuild soil health, reduce emissions, and protect the land we love.
We take the slow road, bronze-extruded and gently air-dried for 12–24 hours to preserve flavour, texture, and nutrition. The result is pasta that grips sauce, tastes incredible, and feels good to eat.
