Alexandra's Chermoula is a superb traditional Moroccan spice blend including lemon, paprika and cumin. Created especially for marinades or rubs, and also a perfect to compliment fish, seafood and chicken.Chermoula paste: add 1/4 cup chermoula to approx 1/3 cup hot water. Leave for 30 min then add 3 Tbsp olive oil. Add juice of 1/2 lemon or tot taste.
