Sourced from the Terre di Chieti ICP of Abruzzo, this is the top example of Pecorino that the team at Tenuta Ulisse produce each year. The white wine is made in a new world style, with passionfruit aromas jumping out of the glass with citrus and white florals. On the palate, it is wonderfully fresh with lemon zest, fruit, and a great acidity and a lick of salt.This is tight, classy pecorino and definitely worth a look.
