A bright and juicy Syrah from the southern Ardeche in France. The Delas family is committed to using traditional winemaking methods that prioritize sustainability and quality. They believe that the best wines come from grapes that are grown in harmony with the environment, and they work hard to ensure that their vineyards are healthy and thriving. This wine has a fresh, lifted bouquet of fragrant dark red berry fruits intermingling with white and black pepper, herbs and earth. Medium-light bodied, the palate features brisk racy acidity and grainy tannins which support beautifully lifted raspberry fruit flavours.
