Why can’t frozen goods be delivered?

Shipping frozen goods nationwide is logistically challenging, as only a few carriers are equipped to handle such deliveries unless it's on a large scale. Unfortunately, this limits our ability to offer frozen goods delivery. 

Do you ship chilled goods?

Yes, we ship chilled goods nationwide. However, we’re unable to deliver to rural addresses due to the extended delivery times. Please note that we avoid dispatching chilled orders before weekends, so there may be a slight delay with your order.
