This beautiful region of Puglia never ceases to amaze us with the ever-increasing quality of its wines! The PavoNero is a bold, luxurious southern Italian red wine crafted from a super tasty blend of Negroamaro and Primitivo that has juicy dark fruit, vanilla and spice and it’s all things nice. It utilizes the traditional appassimento method, where grapes are partially dried on the vine to concentrate their natural sugars, colours, and flavours.
