2026 Celebrates 30 years of BASA.
Basa is one of the pioneering wines to show the expression of a grape variety, the ‘Verdejo’ that adapted to a continental climate gives rise to a direct, fresh and expressive wine.
2024 was a warm year with an average annual temperature of 14ºC and maximum temperatures nearing 40ºC during July and August, which were followed by a cooler September, enabling an optimal final ripening phase. It was a rainy year, with 500mm of precipitation primarily concentrated at the end of winter and the beginning of spring. Additionally, we experienced a late frost, reaching -2ºC on April 23. The harvest commenced on September 23, with grapes of exceptional quality.
