Coriander, Lime & Yoghurt Dressing (A Bit Dressy) 300g

Such fun watching customers at the markets taste it, and their faces light up, the "OMG!" moment, as they get all the delightful hits of zesty, creamy, fresh, hint of spice and garlic, it brings me so much joy.

 
Especially the ones that say, “oh but i don't like jalapeño”! and they are thus, happily converted!

tacos, anything Mexican
a side dish to serve with fish, salmon, steak
marinade chicken in it overnight - amazing tenderiser!
on wraps, avocado on toast, in a BLT
as a salad dressing for potatoes or kumara
we are so looking forward to drizzling this over new season BBQ sweetcorn soon!! WOOP!!
