Free Range Chicken, Vegetable & Barley Soup

The perfect comfort, winter-warming soup, adapted from my darling Grandma's recipe that I loved as kid. Low fat with all the goodness of seasonal vegetables, and some lean protein makes this a perfect, healthy meal in a bowl.
Ingredients: A Bit Dressy chicken bone broth, free range chicken, onion, carrot, celery, cabbage, spinach, red lentils, pearl barley, garlic, aromatic herbs and spices, EVOO, Himalayan salt & cracked pepper.bread or a crisp salad for a fulfilling and decadent meal option.
