Gavi "Masera" DOCG 750ml (Stefano Massone)

Crafted by master winemaker Stefano Massone in the southeastern hills of Piedmont, Italy, "Masera" is an exceptional single-vineyard expression of 100% Cortese grapes. Often described as Italy’s answer to Chablis, this light-to-medium-bodied white wine delivers intense aromatic freshness backed by a crisp, flinty minerality from the region’s limestone and clay soils.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, or paired alongside seared tuna, grilled white fish, shellfish, green pesto pasta, and fresh goat cheese.
