Broad, round and rich, this wine holds its freshness close to its core. The vines are between 40 to 60 years old and find firm footing in mica schist soils that give rise to fruit that is focused, persistent and clean. A bit of bottle age brings amplified expression and targeted concentration. Grape is 100% Melon de Bourgogne
