Made with traditional techniques, this rustic and hearty grain, old fashioned mustard has a mild and smooth flavor with just a little spice. Beautiful as a cream sauce over white fish, or spread on grilled meats, the all natural ingredients in this mustard will enhance any dish it is added too. This mustard, which also makes for a great gift because of it's stone jar, is also great as a dipping sauce or mixed with a little vinegar to create a not to spicy salad dressing.

The Fallot family of Beaune, France has been producing some of the world's best mustard since 1840. The Fallot Mustard Mill is the last independent mill in Burgundy, and it is still housed on it's original location near Dijon. Still adhering to traditional methods, their mustards are sought after by both chefs and descriminate home cooks. Although they are grounded in the traditional (dijon & grain), they also make a wonderful array of products that reflect wonderful combinations of flavors & textures.
