Mixed peel consists of 80% lemon peel and 20% orange peels saturated with syrup. The syrup is slowly concentrated until it reaches the desired brix level. Once finished the product is drained and packed into cartons with an inner plastic bag. These brilliant orange and yellow cubes are roughly 6x6mm or 9x9mm in size with a sweet/tangy orange and lemon rind flavour great for baking and desserts.
