Summer Hill Seeds Pumpkin Seed Oil is a New Zealand-grown, cold-pressed oil made from 100% ground pumpkin seeds, with nothing added or taken away. It has a beautiful dark green colour, a mild nutty flavour, and a unique dichromatic appearance, looking red when viewed through glass or in larger volumes.

Delicious drizzled over salads, roast vegetables, pasta, cooked meats, or used in aioli, dressings, baking and as a dipping oil with dukkah. As it has a low smoke point, it is best enjoyed cold or gently added to finished dishes rather than used for frying.
