Azabache Organic Rioja is a classic Spanish red wine blend made from 60% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha, and 20% Graciano by the producer Fincas de Azabache.
Grape Blend: 60% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha, and 20% Graciano.
Region: Rioja Oriental, Spain (grown in the dry foothills of Mount Yerga).
Aging: Aged for about 6 months in a mix of French and American oak barrels.
Flavor Notes: Dark red berry fruits, spiced plums, bitter chocolate, and soft oak spices.
Food Pairings: Grilled or roasted lamb, Steak and pork, Chorizo sausages, Hard cheeses like Manchego
