Ume Su is a natural vinegar made from the juice of the Umeboshi plum. When the “Ume” is pickled in sea salt, water & Shiso leaves, the fluids that are expelled become our Plum Vinegar. Ume Su has a unique tart salty flavour that enhances all styles of cooking and dressings.
Ingredients: Ume plum vinegar (50%) (Ume plum, sea salt,) ume plum vinegar with shiso leaves (Shiso leaves, sea salt, ume plum vinegar.)
