Granola Hawea Honeycomb

Lake Hawea Station Chef Hana and Yum Chef Sarah have collaborated on this extraordinary granola. We believe in provenance and this granola is just that.

With all of its ingredients grown in Aotearoa, the caramelized nutty clusters highlight Lake Hawea Station's artisanal honey, South Island-grown oats, sweet Nelson gala apples, and a touch of Marlborough sea salt for the perfect balance of flavours.

We hope it speaks of the wild mountains and azure lakes of Te Waipounamu and the Aroha we all feel for our Earth.
