Rummo Linguine #13 Gluten Free is an Italian pasta made from a blend of brown rice, yellow and white corn, rice, and potato starch. Using a steam-processed dough and bronze dies, it mimics the texture of traditional pasta and holds sauces exceptionally well
Linguine (or Trenette) comes from Liguria, where it’s always been linked to Genoese pesto. It’s extremely versatile, though, and is exquisite with sauces containing shellfish, lobster or squid ink.
