Marsala Fine (Dry) D.O.C 1L (Intorcia)

Crafted in Western Sicily by Cantine Intorcia (est. 1930), this classic fortified wine is made from native Sicilian white grapes—primarily Grillo, Inzolia, and Catarratto—and aged for at least one year in oak casks. It delivers a warm amber hue with aromas of toasted almonds, dried figs, and warm spices, followed by a crisp, velvety, and balanced dry palate.

An essential staple for both the home kitchen and the bar, this dry Marsala adds rich, savory depth to pan sauces (like classic Chicken or Veal Marsala), reductions, and marinades.
