Muscadet, Remy Pannier (France)
Pale yellow colour with a fairly strong intensity, with notes of white flowers and white fruits on the nose. Fresh attack and light minerality on the palate.
Grapes: 100% Melon de Bourgogne. Terroir: Soils consisting of largely rocks on rolling hillside, to clay and schist. Winemaking: Vinification in underground concrete vats. Matured on lees for a minimum of 6 months.
