A lime driven pickle that's hot but wont blow your tastebuds. While it is ideal with curries and meat dishes, this lime pickle has been described as "sweet, warm/ hot and aromatic". Compliments a cheese board - use with aged cheddar on crackers or for a milder flavour, mix with cream cheese to spread on bagels and/or crackers.
