Our new hearty green lentils bring an earthy, savory bite. Perfect with stirred through greens and fresh herbs or alongside your protein of choice. Also delicious in salads, grain bowls soups or curries.
Just place in a pot with 3.5 cups of water (or stock for extra flavour). Bring to the boil uncovered. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes until lentils are tender and the liquid absorbed. Remove from the heat and rest for 10 minutes.
