A spiral pie made with filo pastry filled with amaranth greens, spinach, feta and extra virgin olive oil. This is a family size pie that can easily feed four people. Straight from the freezer into the oven (only need to remove the top lid and it bakes in the tray it comes in). Fan bake 185 degrees celcius for about 40 minutes.
